Former Managing Director of the EAF Agrarian Fund, an innovative financial model for scaling regional sustainable agriculture, Niederhelman is an entrepreneur, a speaker, writer, host and dogged advocate for regenerative food system reform. Spawned by his Eisenhower Fellowship research in the EU evaluating farm-borne antimicrobial resistance (AMR), nutrient security, and proven examples of food-system reform – Niederhelman‘s objective with OneHealthAg is to change the domestic food system through free-market demand of an increasingly more engaged consumer.

Peter Burrows
Former CIO of Adidas Group & Reebok: with 40 years of IT executive management, Burrows has become a Vermont pig Farmer raising foraging swine desired throughout New England. Burrows is also Executive Director & Founding Board member of Fair Factory Clearinghouse, a technology platform ecosystem that has positively influenced the wellbeing of 12 million factory workers in over 60 countries. His experience in systems coordination is badly needed in food system reform. Mr. Burrows is a master planner with a disruptor track record.
Kenneth Kaplan
MSW, MArch/MHP – A Strategic Designer, Ken Kaplan has devoted much of his design career to health systems consulting and research at Columbia, Harvard, and MIT, most recently as a senior advisor to the MIT Sloan Initiative for Health Systems Innovation and to a DoD-funded analysis of the military behavioral health system. Previously at MIT, he co-led the New Models for Health Initiative, collaborating with leaders and clinicians across a wide range of health care organizations to design innovative, scalable solutions to healthcare challenges such as stroke, behavioral health, and obesity.
